Hi there & welcome to Generations Kitchen! We are a BIG family that values our treasured time around the table getting to laugh, cry, talk and have fellowship with one another. The joy we find in the kitchen and around the table is what sparked a passion in Sonja, owner of Generations Kitchen, to bring this small, family owned business to life. 

Owner of Generations Kitchen, Sonja is no stranger to the kitchen and how to bring community together with a home cooked meal. Being a mother of three girls, and "Sony" to 5 grands, she understands the difficulty of keeping the family fed with a good meal of nourishing ingredients, and how vital that quality time around the dinner table is.

We began Generations Kitchen in 2023 to help bring stress-free, effortless prepped meal kits to other families. Sonja and her husband, Bob, find comfort in the kitchen. Spending time cooking and sharing recipes and moments together as a family, ensured their three daughters would feel at home when in the kitchen as well. Our recipes are from "generations" of family recipes, passed down from our mothers’ kitchens and their mothers before that. We gained our love of food and knowledge of cooking from the moments we’ve spent surrounded by those we love most. Our family aims to ease the pressure of dinner time so you can enjoy more family time.
